These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of americagadgets.com and purchases made from America Gadgets. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

America Gadgets operates this online store using Shopify. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean America Gadgets. Shopify provides the commerce platform that enables us to offer products and services to you, but your purchase is from America Gadgets.

15. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, natural disaster, labor dispute, government action, internet or utility failure, or supply-chain interruption. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver.
