America Gadgets ships orders to the address provided during checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

## Processing and delivery

Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, product availability, and other circumstances outside our control. Any delivery estimate is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

When tracking is available, the tracking information will be sent to the email address used for the order.

## Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible at support@americagadgets.com if your address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

## Delayed, lost, or damaged orders

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact support@americagadgets.com with your order number and details of the issue. We may request photographs or other information so we can investigate with the carrier.

## Returns for a refund

To request a return, contact support@americagadgets.com before sending the product back. We will confirm whether the return is eligible under our Refund Policy and provide any necessary instructions.

Please include your name, order number, and the email address used for the purchase inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until the return has been completed.

Sending a product back does not automatically guarantee a refund. Returns must meet the requirements and time limits stated in our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and reviewed.
